Born on September 18, 1985, a native of Delaware and the son of James A. Wood III and Joyce A. Williams, Pastor Emiir A. R. Gilder is an emerging leader in Delaware with a commitment to community and a devotion to his faith.

While attending Whole Truth Temple Church of God in Christ, pastored by his grandfather – Elder Robert L. Williams, he recognized the power of faith and started his spiritual walk. There he developed his passion for music and an appreciation for the impact of effectual and fervent worship by playing the drums and organ.

Graduating from Dover High School in 2004, he was educated in the Capital School District of Dover, DE. After his secondary education, he went on to continue his education at Delaware State University where he studied Music Industry.

After departing from his family church, he attended Morning Star Church of God in Christ serving under Bishop T. L. Holsey.  Licensed as a minister in September of 2007 preaching his initial sermon “Your Gift is Not Your Goal”, he served as Young People Willing Workers, local and district President.  In addition to being, a musician and youth leader Pastor Gilder has a capacity for business operations as well.  In 2012, he established his Production Company, EMYNER PRODUCTIONS and in 2016 became a business partner with DUCOSH PRODUCTIONS, producing such singles as D. Corey Shipley’s, “Everybody Ought To Know”, featuring Estee Bullock and “This Joy”.

Serving as the church administrator of Restoration Christian Worship Center under the leadership of Pastor M. Burris IV, he established himself as a man of purpose and protocol.  Noticing the call on his life, Pastor M. Burris and Arch Bishop Ralph Dennis ordained him an Elder in 2013.  Elder Emiir A.R. Gilder is the proud Pastor of Truth and Transparency Ministries. Passionate about the position of the church in today’s society he is determined to allow the word of God to permeate the minds and hearts of unbelievers and believers alike.

His commitment to service drove his decision to join the Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League Young Professionals in 2015. Noticing his strategic thinking and leadership was name Kent County Committee Chair for 2019-2020. Serving as a founding member of the committee he was influential in developing the committee.  Standing on the principles of truth and transparency, the desire to be relevant and transformational has centered him in kingdom living.  With the understanding of being three dimensional and thought provoking, he is challenging those who hear him to apply the word to current real life situations.

He is the brother of four sisters and was married on December 17, 2011 to the former Nina C. Hall.  A driving voice for social justice, strong and intentional faith -- he is a loving husband, adamant scholar, and passionate teacher. He and his wife reside in Dover, Delaware.

Lady Nina C. Gilder is a native Delawarean born in Sussex County and raised New Castle County. At three months old, her parents, Norman E. and Doris E. Hall, adopted her. Lady Nina is a community leader, corporate manager and mentor.

At an early age, her parents could see the call of God on her life. During her 26 years at her family church, St. Paul U.A.M.E. Church in Wilmington, DE, she utilized her gifts to serve as -- lead singer, Youth Choir President and Director, Conference Choir Mentor, and Director.  At the tender age of 9, Lady Nina received the gift of the Holy Ghost due to the dynamic focus and worship experience at St. Paul. Lady Nina's commitment to music was elevated when she joined a multi-recording choir, The Russell Delegation in 1992 -- serving as a board member and lead singer. During her years with The Russell Delegation, she shared the stage with gospels singers such as Bobby Jones, Hezekiah Walker & LFCC, Vicki Winans, Kurt Carr & the Kurt Carr Singers and Tye Tribbett & GA.

In the spring of 2001, Lady Nina joined Oasis of Refreshing Ministries under Bishop Bruce V. Parham, Sr., it was then that her gift of music was coupled with her gift of intercession. A believer in the power of prayer she accepted the mantle of intercession. Since 2002 Lady Nina served as Chief Financial Officer until transiting to Liberated Generation Ministries in 2008 under Pastor Larry Daniel, to serve in the same capacity as CFO. Nina was a dedicate member and worship leader until 2011.

Lady Nina met and then married the love of her life, Pastor Emiir A.R. Gilder on December 17, 2011. After marriage, she joined her husband at Restoration Christian Worship Center under Pastor M. Burris IV. There she continued serving through song and as an intercessor until joining her husband in the launch of their personal ministry.

Her spiritual success is only rivaled by her professional and personal accomplishments. Educated in the New Castle County School District she graduated from William Penn High School in 1992 before attending Goldey-Beacom College where she graduated in 1995 with an Associates degree in Accounting. With over 28 years of experience in Corporate Banking and over 15 years of Management, she has led teams of 20+ staff members, facilitated corporate training, and led professional coaching. Realizing the need to give back, she joined the Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League Young Professionals and assists her husband in leading the Kent County Committee -- a branch of the statewide chapter. In 2015, she launched "It’s Faith Talk" a daily encouragement sent via text and social media platforms to women, with a focus on the intentionality of their faith and the personal choice to be whole. Taking a step towards her own personal growth, in 2018 she became a Certified Christian Life Coach and Certified HIScoach(TM).

A lover of family, she has one sister, a niece (who is like a daughter), her grand-nephew Nasir and grand-niece Camryn. She and her husband reside in Cheswold, Delaware.
